Google recently released the most googled New Year’s resolutions. Topping the list at number one is:
“how to get rid of stress”
Makes sense. It seems that everyday many people are just trying to get through the day managing levels of stress. Somedays or seasons are better than others but stress always seems to be there. In reality, God never intended our lives to be so stressful. So the obvious question is, “how do we actually decrease the stress in our lives”? Is it even possible?
